Topic: Multilateral negotiations on climate change under the United Nations
In this role, for the past five years Asher Lessels has supported multilateral negotiations on climate technology issues. He also leads work on policy development related to technology innovation. Additionally, he manages communication activities related to climate technology. Previously, Asher worked in Argentina on the transfer of cutting-edge shipping technologies. He began his career as a structural engineer, working for five years in the private sector in Australia and South America. Asher holds a master of international negotiations, and degrees in civil engineering and mathematics.
The event is for TIME students and faculty exclusively and will be held in English.
