What you should know about applying

Find out what we look for in a successful TIME candidate, tips on when to apply and more.

General Tips

• There is no application fee for TIME MBE.
• Your information is transmitted through a secured server and kept confidential until you finally submit it.
• Check the application deadlines before submitting your application.
• You can return to work on your application over several sessions.
• Your application becomes available to our Admissions Committee only after you submit your completed application.
• Remember that in addition to completing the application form you are also required to submit supporting documentation. 
• Ensure that you add "@timembe.eu" to your email account safe list so that you receive any emails sent to you by TIME MBE.

When to apply  

Applying early may be advantageous for grants, scholarships or for housing preferences. Applications are open until the 31st of July on a rolling basis. 

Visa information  

The Admissions Committee recommends that all participants from outside the European Union verify their VISA requirements with the Greek or Cyprus Embassy in their home country. You are responsible to obtain the required VISA to enable lawful participation in the TIME MBE. If you do not obtain the required VISA by the start date of the course, you will not be able to attend in the program. More information on how to get a Visa  for Crete can be found here and for Cyprus here.  

Application updates

You may submit employment changes, grades for recent classes, or new GMAT [Note that the GMAT is optional and students can be considered even without a GMAT score. The GMAT score code for students who aim to apply for TIME is VDM-2C-05. Students that list this code in their GMAT application will have their GMAt score forwarded to TIME] or English test scores to your application after submitting it. However, there is no guarantee that we will consider this information prior to rendering a decision. Please scan and email new test scores and/or grades to Admissions Committee.  

Deferrals

Deferral requests are rarely granted and considered on a case-by-case basis. You are required to provide a detailed explanation for the request and appropriate documentation.

Applying with your spouse or partner

If you are applying with your partner, each file is assessed independently. If you are applying with a partner, you may note this in the application.

Feedback on applications

 We do not provide feedback to candidates who were denied admission.
